This new soup dumpling spot just opened in Mandarin, and it did not disappoint! I LOVE dumplings, so I’ve been eyeing this place for a while and now I finally got to try it. We tried many dumplings and they were very good. The wrapper for soup dumplings is thicker than Din Tai Fung and thinner than Zen Dumpling or Nan Xian (in NY). We also tried boba milk tea and mochi desserts, and they were really good too. If you love soup dumplings & Chinese food, you definitely need to add this place to your list. The prices are reasonable for what you get. I think they have more authentic Chinese and Taiwanese food on the menu than Zen Dumpling or Licious. - When I went there was the second day around 4pm so not many people were there. Just us and another group so they took very good care of us. ( I saw many friendly faces from other restaurants) All the servers were very friendly and attentive.

Restaurant is currently in its soft opening phase (as of 9/5/26, they've been open for three or four days) and definitely still working out a few kinks but in general the food was delicious and service was friendly despite the newness. Food came out fast (and hot) once our orders were placed. - Soup Dumplings were tasty and with a proper ratio of broth to filling. - Chili Oil Wontons are quite different from the other variations around the area and very tasty. - Beef Roujiamo - This wound up being their version of a scallion pancake with beef which was delicious but certainly not roujiamo. On the negative side the duck noodle soup was mostly bones. But the broth, noodles and duck skin were all very good. Sadly this seems to be the norm around here. Either way, strongly recommend giving this place a spin. 4.5/5.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Jade Dumpling! The food was incredible, 10/10 and easily one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. Everything was delicious, and the entire experience was top-notch. A special shoutout to our server, Chase, who was one of the best servers I’ve ever had. I worked in Food & Beverage for almost 10 years, so I know what great service looks like, and Chase absolutely delivered. Attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend Jade Dumpling and will definitely be coming back!

This was my first time going there. I was impressed. The setting is modern and inviting. The food was flavorful and delicious to me. I over ordered because I wanted to try everything. The Five Guy Soup Dumplings were delicious. The Pan-Fried Buns were a hit. My kids loved the chicken fried rice. I had the spicy beef noodle soup which was absolutely delicious and I can't wait to go back. To top it off we had the ice jelly for a dessert and it was interesting and tasty! Almost like a sweet tea taste with hawthorn slices. Can't wait to go back there!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jade Dumpling & Noodle is an absolute gem in Jacksonville! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared from the delicious dumplings to the perfectly cooked noodles. You can genuinely taste the quality and care in every bite. The service was warm, attentive, and welcoming, and the atmosphere made the entire experience even better. If you appreciate authentic, high-quality Asian cuisine, this restaurant is a must-visit. We will definitely be returning and recommending Jade Dumpling & Noodle to our friends and family!

So I will say that it took forever to put our order in and we were ready to leave. But I am still giving 5 stars because the staff is friendly and apologetic, and I do understand that with a new restaurant there can be some difficulty with staff organization. So I don’t want to base the experience off of that given it’s just a few days old. The food itself is delicious! We had double tea, the duck soup and 2 kinds of dumplings. The dumplings melted in our mouths. The vibe was also great. We will definitely be back again!

Are here the other night, we live close and saw it was open. Had pan fried buns, soup buns, noodles (can’t remember which one sorry), chicken and broccoli and the Szechuan beef… delicious! The waiter was a little slow and he didn’t have a lot of knowledge on the menu, because they had newly opened so I understand. But the restaurant was very clean, atmosphere was nice and the food was great. We will be back.

INCREDIBLE!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Everything we ate was amazing!!! Vibes were great. My fiancé and I keep talking about how incredible the food was. Felt like something you would eat on vacation great addition to Jacksonville. But above all our server Chase was fantastic! Amazing chat, great personality and the best vibes! He made such a great experience for us! We will most definitely be back!

First off, you have any interest in trying this place, you need to! All of our food was absolutely awesome. I think our group consensus was that the chicken soup dumplings were the best thing we had but the dumplings, soups and fried noodles were all excellent! This is the kind of place is more family style, where you order items and everyone can share. We will definitely come back here!

Tried Jade Dumpling and really enjoyed it! The dumplings were fresh and flavorful, and the pan-fried buns were crispy on the outside and juicy inside. The beef noodle soup was also really comforting and had a rich flavor. Everything tasted freshly made, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Definitely a great new Chinese food spot in the area. I’ll be coming back to try more dishes!

The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out hot. We tried the soup dumplings, scallion pancakes, beef fried noodles, and orange pork, and everything was delicious. The portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable for the quality. The staff was also friendly and attentive. Came from NYC to visit relatives and this spot did not disappoint! Prices were very reasonable and everything that we ordered tasted so yummy and authentic. I personally really liked the Mapo tofu, pork soup dumplings, and the suan cai yu. Everything was on par with all my favorite Chinese restaurants back at home and satisfied all my cravings!

This new dumpling spot is so good! I ordered the spicy wontons and the Five Guys soup dumplings, and everything was absolutely delicious. The service was awesome, and their recommendations on what to order were right on point. The lychee fruit green tea was amazing too! I’ll definitely be coming back to try more.

If you want authentic soup dumplings and spicy beef noodle soup, come here! The boba tea is great too. Highly recommend, nice staff, and they were super efficient even on a busy Friday night. Definitely worth checking out!

This is a great new Chinese restaurant in town. I had the pork xiao long bao and several other dishes. They were all very good. Give it a try. You won’t be disappointed!
