“This new soup dumpling spot just opened in Mandarin, and it did not disappoint! I LOVE dumplings, so I’ve been eyeing this place for a while and now I finally got to try it. We tried many dumplings and they were very good. The wrapper for soup dumplings is thicker than Din Tai Fung and thinner than Zen Dumpling or Nan Xian (in NY). We also tried boba milk tea and mochi desserts, and they were really good too. If you love soup dumplings & Chinese food, you definitely need to add this place to your list. The prices are reasonable for what you get. I think they have more authentic Chinese and Taiwanese food on the menu than Zen Dumpling or Licious. - When I went there was the second day around 4pm so not many people were there. Just us and another group so they took very good care of us. ( I saw many friendly faces from other restaurants) All the servers were very friendly and attentive.”

“Restaurant is currently in its soft opening phase (as of 9/5/26, they've been open for three or four days) and definitely still working out a few kinks but in general the food was delicious and service was friendly despite the newness. Food came out fast (and hot) once our orders were placed. - Soup Dumplings were tasty and with a proper ratio of broth to filling. - Chili Oil Wontons are quite different from the other variations around the area and very tasty. - Beef Roujiamo - This wound up being their version of a scallion pancake with beef which was delicious but certainly not roujiamo. On the negative side the duck noodle soup was mostly bones. But the broth, noodles and duck skin were all very good. Sadly this seems to be the norm around here. Either way, strongly recommend giving this place a spin. 4.5/5.”

“This was my first time going there. I was impressed. The setting is modern and inviting. The food was flavorful and delicious to me. I over ordered because I wanted to try everything. The Five Guy Soup Dumplings were delicious. The Pan-Fried Buns were a hit. My kids loved the chicken fried rice. I had the spicy beef noodle soup which was absolutely delicious and I can't wait to go back. To top it off we had the ice jelly for a dessert and it was interesting and tasty! Almost like a sweet tea taste with hawthorn slices. Can't wait to go back there!”

But I am still giving 5 stars because the staff is friendly and apologetic, and I do understand that with a new restaurant there can be some difficulty with staff organization.
